Founded in 1990 and recognized by Gartner, XSi helps companies with their IT Asset Lifecycle Management and Support to maximize hardware value and reduce costs. IT Lifecycle Management Services begin with the installation of new technology as well as de-installation, moving, consolidating, onsite disk wiping & destruction, IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) of legacy equipment, including resale or recycling. In addition, XSi provides lower-cost, Third Party Hardware Maintenance for installed models and extends the life of legacy, enterprise-brand servers, storage, network hardware and other devices, including UPS systems and supercomputers. XSi sells to federal agencies, System Integrators, Global 2000 Enterprises, OEMs, distributors, channel clients and partners. XSi is R2v3 Certified and also ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, ISO45001:2018 Certified. Todd Bone

Founder & President

Todd Bone, Founder & President

Todd founded XS International in 1990, helping to build an independent IT lifecycle management support organization led by pioneering executives with proven tenures at Cisco, Juniper Networks, HPE and SGI. He holds a board of director positions with the world’s two most prominent associations for independent IT support providers – Service Industry Association (SIA) and ASCDI (hardware resellers). He was a founding member of the Digital Right to Repair Coalition (now known as, and continues to serve on their Board of Directors. As a hobby, he also co-founded VinoApp, specifically for Argentine wines. Very much a serial entrepreneur, Todd earned his Bachelor’s in Finance from Ohio State University and later completed a three-year Entrepreneurial Master’s Program, given by the Entrepreneurs’ Organization & MIT Enterprise Forum. He resides in the greater Atlanta area with his family.

Doug Krueger


Doug Krueger, CEO

Based in the  Washington D.C. area, Doug joined XS International in 2014 as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to XSi, Doug served in leadership roles at, Cisco, Juniper Networks, Blue Coat Systems, Fortress Technologies (acquired by General Dynamics) and Tumbleweed Communications (acquired by Axway, Inc.). Past leadership roles included both sales and operational responsibilities, thereby establishing his skillset as a client-driven chief executive for XSi. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, then completed coursework toward a Master’s (Finance & Accounting) at Oklahoma City University. He enjoys distance running, golf, and cheering for Wisconsin sports teams with his wife, Mayra and four children.

Grant Patten

Vice President, Service Delivery & General Counsel

Grant Patten, Vice President, Service Delivery

With 15 years in networking support leadership at independent and 3rd party hardware support providers, Grant joined XS International in 2019. He is CCIE and CISSP certified. In his past, he built and managed the networking support operations for SMS Systems Maintenance Service (merged with Curvature) and was a principal consultant at Lucent Technologies. Grant earned his Bachelors from Fayetteville State University and then J.D. from Harvard Law School. He and his family reside in Davidson, North Carolina.

Daniel Amarei

Vice President, Professional Services

Daniel joined XSi in July, 2021, following an impressive consulting and IT asset lifecycle management services career in professional services for data center and End-User Compute hardware for global clients. In addition to having started several successful IT businesses, Dan’s expertise centers around IT projects throughout the lifecycle of hardware, which often include: Smart Hands (or Remote Hands), IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) services, IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), data center relocations and IT staff augmentation services. A master of project leadership and building global networks of IT expertise, Dan’s past employment experiences include Pyon Tech, Curvature and Data Center Solutions, two of these he founded and grew into successful and renowned providers of IT asset lifecycle management service providers, serving Global 2000 businesses and federal agencies. At XSi, Daniel will lead Professional Services sales, as well as service delivery for these project-based services. Daniel resides in the Greater Chicago area with his wife and children. In his spare time, he enjoys travel, golf, barbecuing, loves to cook and enjoys watching pro football. He is also pursuing his Executive MBA.

Scott Keiran

Vice President, Commercial Sales

Scott joined XSi following a decades-long sales career serving global data center decision-makers with IT hardware (server, storage and networking) maintenance and IT lifecycle management solutions. His career includes sales leadership positions at Ardent Support Technologies (acquired by Park Place Technologies), Park Place Technologies, Sagent and, most recently, at M Global Services. Prior to his career in IT hardware maintenance, Scott also held sales positions at Medical Measurement Systems, Talus Worldwide Solutions and Global Inventory Management. Leading up to his sales career, he studied economics and finance at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Today, Scott is most passionate about professional integrity, and providing his clients a consultative approach for IT asset lifecycle management and hardware infrastructure solutions that meet or exceed each client’s Service Quality expectations. Scott resides in Portsmouth, New Hampshire with his family, and enjoys football (pro and collegiate), hockey, skiing, hiking, barbecuing/smoking, shooting sports and travel.

Matt Santo

Vice President, Data Center Services

Matt joined XSi following an impressive technical leadership career, spanning more than 20 years in break/fix technical expertise within several independent hardware maintenance providers, as a hardware expert at a client site, as well as a career at an OEM. He got his start as an IBM CE, specializing in zSeries, pSeries, xSeries, tape and DASD. Then, he moved on to VeriSign where he gleaned invaluable experience from the client perspective reading break/fix support relationships. Following his career at VeriSign, he first joined the independent support industry with Top Gun Technology as a regional specialist, leading all break/fix activities, as well as recruitment for the New England region. When the hardware maintenance division of Top Gun Technology was sold to SMS Systems Maintenance Services (which later became Curvature), Matt quickly rose to a leadership position with Central Engineering, where he was responsible for 25-28 Levels 2/3/4 engineers, who provided global 24×7 “escalate to” support for 500+ field engineers. Following a 10+ year career with Curvature, he strategically chose to again join an independent provider entering a rapid growth phase – XSi. Matt, along with his wife and two children, live just south of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, about two hours from Washington DC. Matt is an active volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America and as a board member of his local sportsmen’s association, but also enjoys most all outdoor activities, as well as racquetball and competitive shooting.

Brent J. Anderson

Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer

Brent joined XSi in 2020, bringing with him 30 years of marketing expertise, mostly IT and healthcare. Early in his career, he worked for a few of the country’s leading brand development firms in the Twin Cities, but landed firmly in IT Asset Lifecycle Management and Independent Hardware Maintenance in 2002. During his IT Maintenance career, he led marketing at four third party hardware maintenance providers (SSCS, SMS/Curvature, Top Gun Technology, Qualtech Services Group/QSGI), helping two of them from their origins to becoming recognized and successful business entities. In all instances, he managed the marketing departments, was the primary liaison with industry analysts (e.g. Gartner, IDC, for IT asset lifecycle management strategies) and oversaw all marketing objectives, strategies and tactics. His greatest strengths have been in brand or market positioning and building a solid digital presence. His interests include: prairie restoration and habitat improvement projects, pollinator education, movies, music, craft beer, cooking, cast iron cookware restoration, youth education, fishing, hunting and BWCA camping.

Bruce Duke

Vice President, Client Services

Bruce Duke, Vice President, Client Services

Bruce joined XSi following a 35-year career in senior service management for several major IT OEMs: HPE, SGI, Oracle, Sun Microsystems and StorageTek. He’s led technical service delivery, federal program management, service sales and service partnerships. In addition to service delivery, he’s been a relied-upon “thought leader” in P&L management, KPIs (e.g. contract renewal rates), customer experience, tech utilization and federal program SLAs. At XSi, Bruce is responsible for federal business and relationship development with federal Systems Integrators, federal VARs, as well as federal and DOD end-users. Bruce and his wife live near the BWI airport in Maryland, where he greatly enjoys his classic cars hobby and family poolside gatherings.

Mari Wycoff

Director, Quality Assurance & ITAD Services

Throughout Mari’s career, she has held several positions in office management, project management and the handling of numerous details. But, central to her nature has always been the ongoing assurance of quality, as well as providing unmatched customer service for both internal and external clients. Starting with XSi in 2015, Mari has taken over leadership positions in quality assurance, ongoing XSi certifications (for IT Lifecycle Management services) and the rapid development of an IT Asset Disposition business throughout 20+ countries in Latin America. Born in Colombia South America, Mari is bilingual, helping both end-user customers and LATAM channel partners with a rapidly growing ITAD presence throughout this region. Mari earned her Master’s Degree from Universidad Libre (Colombia) in Quality Control Management, Product Management & Services Quality. Mari and her husband reside in metro Atlanta, where she enjoys walking her dog, entertaining friends and planning her next trip abroad.

Lisa M. Green

Vice President, Finance & HR

Lisa joined XSi in 2014, following an impressive career in finance and operations management at Sweep World, Marcamat, Nardone Designs and Thomas’ Restaurant in Georgia where she also attended Clayton State University. At XSi, she oversees all finance, budget management, ERP management, human resource and employee benefit functions. Lisa is incredibly passionate about the culture at XSi, ensuring a great work environment as well as the effectiveness of ongoing recruiting to support the company’s IT Lifecycle management support offerings. Lisa lives just south of Atlanta and enjoys gardening, international travel and being the eldest of six sisters, enjoys spending quality time with family & hosting large family functions.
