Our suite of IT hardware lifecycle services include: Third Party Hardware (‘break/fix”) Maintenance, SmartHands/IMAC, IT asset disposition and data center relocations. Third Party Maintenance (often described as “TPM”) is a unique industry niche in which we provide technical support services for data center hardware, often to enterprise-sized organizations throughout the world. This industry niche competes directly with the Original Equipment Manufacturers, to include IBM, HPE, Dell/EMC, NetApp, Hitachi Data Systems and Cisco. More specifically, XSi helps its clients adopt a Hybrid Hardware Support model – often an effective means of proactively reducing operating expense budgets, as well as extending hardware lifecycles. Our other Professional Services also address IT hardware assets, like servers, data storage and networking hardware, but also include EUC (End-User Compute) devices, such as: laptops, desktops, smartphones, printers and telephony.
XSi believes that hardware infrastructure support and maintenance should no longer be rooted in two-dimensional perspectives – whether by an OEM or another independent support provider. Instead, it must be about an unmatched level of transparency with clients, identifying and understanding critical business obstacles. From there, XSi team members must always possess the drive and the agility to truly collaborate with each client to establish custom solutions that positively impact OpEx, CapEx, efficiency, labor, and a remarkable level of assurance.
